Are LA's Homeless Transients Getting More Aggressive?
When you talk to people around Chatsworth you hear about how transients are becoming more aggressive. How there are homeless who walk into stores and walk out with things they didn't buy. In some extreme cases store owners are made to feel terrorized. A case in point. On Saturday, a flower shop owner - we'll just call her Diana - was working in her store when she heard noise at her front window. It was an aggressive woman believed to be a local homeless transient by the store owner.

Gun Groups Fight California Bills They Say Will Drive Up Cost Of Firearms
California significantly tightened its firearms restrictions last year when it enacted a broad package of bills regulating ammunition sales, expanding the state's prohibition on assault weapons and banning the possession of high-capacity magazines. California's Attorney General Asks Senate For More Tools To Fight Online Sex Trafficking
California Atty. Gen. Xavier Becerra pleaded with a U.S. Senate committee on Tuesday to change a decades-old Internet freedom law in order to give states more power to go after online sex traffickers. “We're losing the fight against sex trafficking, which means we're losing our children,” Becerra said. Some in Silicon Valley have pushed back on the idea for years, saying that it would be a disaster for a free and open Internet to change the 1996 Communications Decency Act so websites can be held liable by states and victims if criminal material is posted on their sites.
