BLEND is the premiere support organization for the LAPD's Northeast Division.
BLEND is a partnership of businesses and residents with the LAPD.
BLEND's mission id to generate financial support for the purchase of tangible items that directly improve the effectiveness of our police force. These are generally items that the City does not supply.

With the support of BLEND members, these enhancements
can be provided to those who "protect and serve."
