AMERICAN with DISABILITY ACT TRAINING (Region 3)
Sat., September 6, 2003 from 10:00am - 12:00pm

(The City of Los Angeles Department on Disability Act will conduct this training. This training will help the Neighborhood Council plan and prepare their meetings to accommodate individuals with a variety of special needs.)

BROWN ACT TRAINING (Region 1)
Wed., September 17, 2003 from 6:30pm-8:30pm

(The City Attorney's Office will conduct this training. The City Attorney discusses the application of the BrownAct to Neighborhood Councils including public notice, agenda setting and transparent Board actions.)

NC FUNDING TRAINING (Region 2)
Tues., September 23, 2003 from 6:30pm-8:30pm

(This training will help educate the NC Treasurer of the Neighborhood Council Funding Program process.)
