(1) Approval of minutes of December 3, 2003 meeting.

(2) Discussion and consideration of DONE recommendations for replacement of the core Neighborhood Councils that have not been participating in the Election Procedures Working Group.

(3) Discussion and consideration of DONE recommendations on the addition of three at-large Neighborhood Councils to the Election Procedures Working Group.

(4) Discussion and consideration of DONE recommendation on the addition of a Board of Neighborhood Commissioners representative to the Election Procedures Working Group.

(5) Discussion and consideration of Neighborhood Council Election Procedures and related matters.

(6) Public comment on items of public interest within the Election Procedures Working Group’s subject matter jurisdiction.
