Public Hearing Announcement.
Three public hearings will be held by the Housing, Community & Economic Development and Planning & Land Use Management Council Committees. The joint hearings will receive testimony from all stakeholders and experts (city departments, tenant advocates, property rights advocates, the public, and academics) relative to the loss of rental and rent-controlled units to condominium conversions, demolitions, and new for sale units in Los Angeles.
