Good News!
Since the inception of the Neighborhood Council (NC) funding program only treasurers had immediate access of the financial status for their neighborhood councils. Things have changed. With the increased interest on the part of NC board members and stakeholders we are promoting informational equality by posting monthly Funding Status Reports on line.
This information can be obtained on our homepage at www.lacityneighborhood.com. Once there, go to Funding and then click on Monthly Funding Status Reports. It will open up a page with access to all Neighborhood Councils' current month's financial data. You will be able to see:
- Amount of funds a neighborhood council has appropriated since being approved for the funding program.
- How much has been uploaded on the NC Prepaid card and/or spent on City Check Account.
- The balance of available funding. |
