2006-2007 Community Beautification Grants
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS 2006-2007 COMMUNITY BEAUTIFICATION GRANT WORKSHOPS
Interested parties are encouraged to attend a workshop to learn about the Community Beautification Grant (CB Grant). CB Grant is a competitive annual matching grant. Community groups can receive up to $10,000 to complete a project that will benefit the community. Applications are available online at www.laocb.org and at the workshops. The due date for the 2006-2007 CB Grant Applications is Tuesday, October 17, 2006.
The free CB Grant Workshop covers the grant process in detail, offers tips on submitting a competitive proposal, and is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and Community Beautification Grant staff. There will be 18 workshops held across the City between July 18th and October 5th.
