PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

City Area Agency on Aging


The City of Los Angeles Department of Aging (LADOA) and the County of Los Angeles Department of Community & Senior Services (CLADCSS) will be conducting a series of public hearings for discussion of the 2007-2008 Update of the 2005-2009 Planning and Service Area Plan for senior services.
The public hearings will provide senior citizens, caregivers, and other beneficiaries of senior programs, including senior advocacy groups and service providers, an opportunity to comment on proposed program changes and service modifications of Older Americans Act Programs, Older Californians Act Programs, and Community Development Block Grant Programs. The public hearings will also provide an opportunity for discussion. Public testimony, comments, and written statements are encouraged. The locations, dates, times, and topics of the public hearings are as follows:
