The Training and Capacity Building Ad Hoc Committee of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners, established to make policy recommendations to Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, seeks your input on educational opportunities to further foster professionalism in operating a successful organization.

A public hearing is scheduled for:

The Board of Neighborhood Commissioners established an ad hoc Training and Capacity Building committee to review and understand existing procedures & training in order to make policy recommendations to the BONC and the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment. The purpose is to identify opportunities for neighborhood councils to gain additional skill support necessary to run a successful organization with competence.
