Dear Community Leaders,
The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment is soliciting applications from individuals, organizations, or firms, to: establish a list of qualified consultants who will manage and administer the elections of neighborhood councils; build partnerships and collaborate closely with the Department in ensuring that neighborhood councils are in accordance with the election procedures; and to assist with increasing public participation in civic engagement.
The attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) outlines the basic guidelines for applicants to submit their Statement of Qualifications. Deadline to respond is 5:00 PM (PST) on Friday, September 7, 2007.
