The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment is pleased to offer an opportunity for well qualified individuals, firms, or organizations to submit proposals to provide election administration services for the Department and Neighborhood Councils.
The attached Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the guidelines for applicants to submit their responses. Deadline to respond is 5:00 PM (PST) on Friday, September 28, 2007.
