Effective October 1, 2007, the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Sanitation, expanded its Residential Bulky Item Collection Program to include apartment complexes within the City of Los Angeles. Call the number above to schedule collection of your household bulky items or to report abandoned bulky items in your neighborhood. Household bulky items include household furniture, mattresses, appliances and E Waste.
For information regarding appropriate disposal of automotive parts, tires, construction debris, commercial appliances/furnishings, cardboard, yard
trimmings, and household hazardous waste (paint, lawnlgarden care, beauty care, medicine, fluorescent lights, etc.) please contact the number listed above.
