NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCILS — Leading in a Time of Challenge
This year, making sure that your community's voice is heard on budget issues is more important than ever. The city's budget lays out how we pay for the services we rely on to sustain our quality of life—services like police and fire protection, street maintenance, and garbage pick up. Because the City budget is so important and affects us all, the Mayor and the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment encourage and remind Neighborhood Councils to weigh in on the challenges that face Los Angeles. Make sure that your Neighborhood Council's voice is heard! Fill out the community budget survey!
MAYOR'S COMMUNITY BUDGET SURVEY — It's for everyone!
The Mayor's office has worked hard to create a budget survey that encompasses all the questions and issues that Mayor Villaraigosa—and our communities— will face as he determines how to meet Los Angeles' needs with limited resources.
Now everyone throughout Los Angeles can fill out the budget survey online! Please encourage your stakeholders, your friends, your neighbors and family members to give their opinions on what the City should do to meet its most critical needs. It's simple, just click here and fill out the survey.
BE INFORMED. SHARE YOUR OPINION. SPREAD THE INFORMATION —
