Become a Youth Sponsor

An invoiced payment of $1,500 will provide a deserving youth with a 6-week paid internship. Your payment will provide a deserving youth a paid internship with your Neighborhood Council or Community Based Organization of your choice.  The youth will have an opportunity to gain first time work experience while earning $8.00 per hour for 120 hours.  Your payment will increase the current number of jobs available to young people while providing constructive activity while on vacation from school . Your payment will also increase the number of jobs and inspiring work placements available to youth who might otherwise not be able to participate. Each Neighborhood Council will be recognized by the Mayor at one of his youth events for helping young adults from their community.
