The Citywide Congress of Neighborhoods Planning Committee, DONE staff and stakeholders put the finishing touches on the program for the Los Angeles ' 9th Congress of Neighborhoods last night. Showcasing Neighborhood Council best practices and highlighting interactive dialogues with City officials on pressing issues that face our City, the Congress is replete with opportunities for learning, networking and forming new strategic partnerships. Thanks to the hard work of the Congress Planning Committee and everyone involved, this year's Congress promises to be one of the most dynamic and comprehensive yet.
