DONE NEWS

New Information Bulletin Eblast Schedule and Layout Starts This Week
DONE will now consolidate DONE, BONC and City news and events into one weekly Information Bulletin that goes out every Wednesday.  Our Information Bulletins will only have updates on DONE, BONC and the City departments initially while we explore the best ways to provide you the latest news.  We will be testing this new schedule and style and will be making any necessary adjustments in the upcoming months.  Please provide feedback to done@lacity.org.

DONE Welcomes Claudia Dunn, Our New Interim Assistant General Manager
After an extensive search, DONE is happy to welcome back Claudia Dunn as the Interim Assistant General Manager.  Claudia was instrumental in creating the structure of the Neighborhood Council system at the start of the Department.   With proven leadership skills both at the Office at the City Clerk and DONE, we are excited that Claudia is back to help shape DONE's role in the City family so that we can be more effective in assisting the Neighborhood Councils.

DONE Needs Feedback on Our Website

DONE is currently in the process of redesigning our website to make it more interactive for you.  Please take a few moments to take a short 9 question survey about our website so that we may provide you better online services.

CITY NEWS

You can still give input on the City Budget for 2009/2010

The Community Budget Survey is available online to all stakeholders in the City of Los Angeles.  To ensure that the needs of your neighborhood are voiced, the survey will help the City guide the development of the budget.  This year, the City will be challenged by many issues, including the uncertain impact of the turbulent national economy, likely revenue shortfalls, and increased service demands.  Please take some time to take the survey and help the City make tough decisions in the next fiscal year.
