Inappropriate activity in Elisian Park

Dear People:
I travel through Elysian Park going to and from work. I live Downtown.
Sometimes I come home late driving through the park at 8 or 9 o'clock.
I have on a number of occasions noticed what can only be described
as lewd activity on the part of some men. I for one do not believe,
regardless of one's sexual orientation, that this sort of behavior
is acceptable in public places like parks.
I did notice as of late the police stopping a few people one night
at the place I had noticed the lewd acts. I hope that the police department
will continue to make the parks safe and free from this sort of activity.
