Congratulations not only to Mike Hillmann for the much deserved (but long overdue) promotion to Deputy Chief, but to the new chief for making such a truly great decision of placing Mike Hillmann in charge of the war on gangs.

Having personally worked with then Capt. 2 Mike Hillmann, I can imagine no one other to lead this battle.
