Neighbors are always playing basketball out on the street

To the LAPD:

I live on Strathern St. in Panorama City. I would really appreciate if you send some cops over here to watch this area because are neighbors are always playing basketball out on the street.

The thing that I don't like is that they put the basket on the middle of the street they don't let us get to our driveway.

Every day they do this and it starts at around 12pm to 10 or 11pm. They are always burning tires on the street and spinning around very dangerously and last time they hit a car.

They are bringing more and more gangster attired friends they are harassing people outside. I would really appreciate if you would send this cops here immediately and stop this problem.

I would appreciate if you didn't send any one to my house I don't want them to know for my family's safety.
