Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office wants info, help

Good morning.. I work for the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office in Salt lake City, Utah. My department is interested in involving the public in a survey of our office and its different functions. We would like to discover some different methods other departments have had successes with citizen surveys. I would appreciate any help you can give me or perhaps a referral to another agency or web site.
