Problem with a neighbor

To whom it may concern:

Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Lisa, and I live in the Northeast LA area. Im writting because I have a problem with my neighbor, a young male believe to be dealing drugs. Lately I've been seeing a lot of movement of people stopping by walking or by car at his house or sometimes he stands on a corner.

Residents have heard of him in the neighborhood watch community meetings. Also our Senior Lead Officer knows who he is, and has dealt with him on a face to face basis.

There was an incident about two Saturdays ago when his mom called the police on him. I believe he had an argument and fight with his sister. The police and their helicopter were looking for him. His mom told the police on the phone that he deals drugs.

I'm not sure what happend on that day, but when I got back in the afternoon he was home already. I'm sure that he's still on parole.

My kinds and other kids are alway playing outside and I'm scare that someone might come looking for him and our kids are the ones that have to suffer the consequences of someone else. I'm asking for your help on what to do or who to call.
